Data Deletion Instructions
Draft for review. Items marked [CONFIRM] must be verified by CodeKubix before publication.
You can ask CodeKubix, the operator of Kayloq, to delete personal data we hold about you. This applies to information you gave us through this website and, once the platform is available, to your Kayloq account and workspace data.
How to request deletion
- Email us at raviverma.rs@hotmail.com with the subject line “Data deletion request”.
- Include the name and email address you used with Kayloq, and your company name if relevant. Tell us whether you want all data deleted or only specific information.
- We may ask you to verify your identity before acting, to protect your data.
What happens next
- We will confirm receipt of your request. [CONFIRM: acknowledgement timeframe]
- We will delete or anonymise your personal data within [CONFIRM: timeframe, e.g. 30 days], except where we must keep it to meet legal obligations or resolve disputes.
- We will tell you once the request is complete.
Workspace and WhatsApp data
If you connected a WhatsApp Business account, deleting your Kayloq workspace removes the connection and the data we hold for that workspace. Messages already delivered to recipients, and data held by Meta or WhatsApp, are governed by their own policies and must be managed with them.
If you are a contact of a Kayloq customer
If a business messaged you through Kayloq, that business decides why and how your data is used. Please contact the business directly; you may also email us and we will help direct your request. You can opt out of marketing messages by following the opt-out instructions in the message or replying as the business instructs.
